Prepare the Item
Ensure the headboard is securely packed in its original packaging, including all hardware and assembly instructions, to prevent damage during transit.
Arrange Collection
Once your return is authorized, we will schedule a convenient courier pickup from your address or provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
