Standard items are usually delivered within 5-7 working days. For bespoke, made-to-order upholstered designs, please allow 2-3 weeks for handcrafted production and shipping.
Can I request fabric samples before purchasing?
Yes, we offer a free swatch service. You can request up to five fabric samples through our website to ensure the color and texture perfectly match your bedroom decor.
What is your return policy for headboards?
We offer a 30-day return policy for standard items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made or bespoke upholstered headboards are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
